Analytics
Email API Analytics (visible in the web application's side menu as Analytics) is an advanced reporting and analysis tool that provides a full picture of the effectiveness of email dispatches sent exclusively via the API channel.
Its main goal is to enable rapid diagnosis of problems with message reception by servers and to optimize dispatch strategies based on hard data. The system automatically collects and analyzes data on delivery statuses (registered at the recipient server level), recipient engagement, and dispatch quality, presenting them in an intuitive analytical panel.
This module offers four specialized reports, allowing data analysis across multiple dimensions:
Mail providers report
Recipients domain report
Senders report
Bounce report
Note: The feature is available for selected plans. The availability of historical data for comparisons (e.g., percentage change indicators) depends on the log retention period in the user's plan.
