The Blacklist Report provides control over managing blocked email addresses and domains. It enables monitoring, addition, and removal of the entries from the blacklist, which is particularly useful in maintaining effective email deliverability.
Email addresses that receive a Hard bounce status are automatically added to the blacklist. Additionally, individual addresses can be manually added, lists can be imported from .csv files, or managed via API.
Select SMTP: Allows filtering the blacklist by the SMTP subaccount.
Select Range: Defines the date range for displaying blocked addresses.
E-mail: Enables searching for specific email addresses on the blacklist.

Adding and Exporting Email Addresses
Importing Email Addresses to the Blacklist
To import email addresses:
Email addresses can be imported by dragging and dropping a .csv file into the provided area, or by clicking the grayed-out field to browse and select a file from the computer.
Select SMTP: The SMTP account for which the list will be imported.
Reason: A reason for the block (e.g., Hard bounce).
Clicking Save imports the addresses after completing the fields.
Exporting Email Addresses from the Blacklist
Exporting email addresses is possible after setting the criteria:
Select Range: The date range for the exported addresses.
Select SMTP: Allows choosing the SMTP subaccount.
Clicking the Export button downloads the list.
Regular exporting of the blacklist and removing inactive addresses from recipient databases are recommended.
Adding a New address
Adding a new email address to the blacklist requires selecting the Add option:
Select SMTP: The SMTP account where the added address will be blocked.
Reason: A reason for blocking (e.g., Hard bounce or Unsubscribe).
E-mail: The e-mail address to be blocked.
Clicking Save confirms the operation.
This feature allows blocking entire domains, useful for handling frequently misspelled domains (e.g., "gamil.com") or domains of unwanted recipients.

Select SMTP: The blocked domain list can be filtered by the SMTP account.
Domain: Enables searching for specific domains.
Clicking the Search button displays results based on the selected criteria.
Adding a New Domain
The Add option is available on the right side.
Select SMTP: The SMTP account where the domain will be blocked.
Domain: The domain to block
Clicking Save confirms the operation.
This feature allows reviewing previous imports of email addresses or domains added to the blacklist.
Search Tool
Select Range: The date range for the imported records to be searched.
Select SMTP: The results can be filtered by the SMTP subaccount.
Clicking the Search button displays results based on the selected criteria.
This option leads to a list of operations on the account, where blacklist export activities can be reviewed.

Type: Selecting the Export type narrows the results to export operations.
Status: The status of the operation, such as "In Progress" or "Finished".
Clicking the Search button displays the export history after setting the criteria.
