# Segmentacja kontaktów

Segmentacja to proces dzielenia Twojej bazy kontaktów na mniejsze, precyzyjnie zdefiniowane grupy odbiorców. Pozwala to na wysyłanie bardziej trafnych i spersonalizowanych komunikatów, co bezpośrednio przekłada się na wyższe zaangażowanie i lepsze wyniki Twoich kampanii.

W MessageFlow oferujemy dwa rodzaje segmentacji, które służą różnym celom:

1. **Segmentacja Statyczna (Operacje na Grupach):** Szybkie, jednorazowe operacje do łączenia lub odejmowania istniejących list kontaktów.
2. **Segmenty Dynamiczne (MessageFlow Segments):** Zaawansowane narzędzie do tworzenia "żywych" list odbiorców, które aktualizują się automatycznie na podstawie zdefiniowanych przez Ciebie reguł i zachowań kontaktów.
