# Archiwizacja odbiorców, usuwanie odbiorców ze statusem ERROR

Aby dodać ręcznie kontakt do archiwum w pierwszej kolejności należy przejść do listy kontaktów, wybrać kontakt, a następnie zaznaczyć go za pomocą checkboxa (pole wyboru). Po zaznaczeniu kontaktu, wystarczy kliknąć przycisk „Archiwizuj”, aby przenieść wybrany adres lub numer do archiwum. Dzięki temu adresy te nie będą brane pod uwagę przy kolejnych kampaniach.

Dodatkowo, po każdej wysłanej kampanii SMS, w raporcie pojawia się opcja umożliwiająca zarchiwizowanie niedostarczonych wiadomości. Ta funkcjonalność pozwala na automatyczne przeniesienie adresów, które otrzymały status **ERROR** (w przypadku SMS), do archiwum. 

Adresy, które zostały przeniesione do archiwum z powodu **ERROR**, są automatycznie wykluczane z przyszłych wysyłek, a także nie będą akceptowane przy imporcie nowych danych.
