# Polityka nadużyć i zgłaszanie

Mamy politykę zerowej tolerancji dla spamu i innych form nadużyć na platformie. Nasze zasady jasno określają, co stanowi dopuszczalne korzystanie z naszej usługi, a przestrzeganie tych zasad przez klienta jest wymogiem naszej umowy o świadczenie usług.

**Jak zgłaszać nadużycia:**

* **Wiadomości z MessageFlow:** Jeśli otrzymasz wiadomość wysłaną z platformy MessageFlow, która Twoim zdaniem jest obraźliwa lub narusza nasze zasady, natychmiast zgłoś ją naszemu supportowi. Pomoże nam to w dochodzeniu i podjęciu działań.
* **Ogólny phishing i smishing:** Aby pomóc chronić szerszą społeczność, możesz zgłaszać fałszywe wiadomości do krajowych zespołów reagowania na incydenty cyberbezpieczeństwa. W ramach naszego ekosystemu **Tarcza 360**, współpracujemy z organizacjami takimi jak **CERT Polska**. Możesz zgłaszać podejrzane wiadomości SMS również bezpośrednio do [CSIRT NASK](https://incydent.cert.pl/#!/lang=pl).
