Integration with Salesforce

Salesforce is a powerful service running entirely in the cloud integrating many tools in one place. It's not just a CRM, but a platform that provides solutions in areas such as customer support, marketing automation, sales automation, community and relationship building, and data analytics. With this powerful service, you can ideally engage customers with automated marketing campaigns from anywhere and thus scale your business.

1. After installation, go to App Launcher select MessageFlow app.

2. Then select SMS configuration ➝ Create account, after which you will be redirected to instructions for creating an account in MessageFlow and the necessary configuration.

3. Now is the time to set up an account at messageflow.com.

4. After activating the trial package or using one of the cooperation models, you can freely use the integration after providing the appropriate login information and sender name.
