# RCS, Mobile Push & Viber Security

For modern communication channels, security is built into their core architecture, and we leverage these native protections to secure your messages.

* **RCS (Rich Communication Services):** RCS provides enhanced security through Verified Senders. This feature allows your business to register its brand identity, displaying your logo and official name to the recipient. This built-in verification provides full control over your sender identity and makes it extremely difficult for fraudsters to impersonate your brand.
* **Mobile Push Notifications:** Security for push notifications is handled by the native platforms of Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging - FCM) and Apple (Apple Push Notification Service - APNS). All communication between MessageFlow and these platform gateways is encrypted, ensuring your message is delivered securely to your users' devices.
* **Viber:** Similar to push notifications, Viber messages are sent through Viber's official, encrypted API, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your communications within their secure ecosystem.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.messageflow.com/trust-center/communication-channel-security/rcs-mobile-push-and-viber-security.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
