Push campaign report

After logging in, go to the PUSH -> Campaigns tab and navigate to the Report button.

  1. Summary of the campaign This section of the report provides basic information about the campaign:

  • Campaign name

  • Start and end time

  • Number of recipients and audience group

  • Apps hooked up to the push message

  • Content (title and content)

  • External ID: external campaign identifier

  • Preview of the message

  • OK: Number of messages that were successfully delivered

  • ERROR: Number of messages that were not delivered due to errors (e.g., inactive tokens)

  • Waiting: Messages that are still in the delivery process and have not yet reached final status.

Engagement indicators

  • Injected: How many messages were processed and routed to recipients.

  • Open: The number of messages for which we received confirmation of display.

  • Track: Notification interaction, swipe/click.

Next to the Summary tab are the Openings, Clicks and Tools tabs.

  1. Opens: the graph shows the distribution of opens at 24h and also 7 days after dispatch

  2. Clicks: the graph shows the distribution of clicks at 24h and also 7 days after dispatch

  3. Tools:

You can create groups of contacts that:

  • Messages didn't click

  • They did not open the message

  • They did not receive the message

Remove inactive tokens - the ability to remove inactive user tokens, i.e. devices that have stopped receiving push messages. Inactive tokens can result, for example, from a user uninstalling an application or changes to the device's configuration.
