The infrastructure that processes your data within MessageFlow's services is built upon servers owned by our parent company, Vercom S.A. To guarantee the highest level of data sovereignty and legal protection under GDPR, these servers are housed exclusively in professional, modern data centres located within the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in Poland.

We partner with leading, certified data centre operators like Beyond.pl and NTT, whose facilities are protected by multi-layered physical security controls. This includes 24/7 on-site monitoring, biometric access controls, and comprehensive video surveillance to prevent unauthorized physical access. Furthermore, redundant power, cooling, and network systems work in concert with our internal Business Continuity Plan to ensure high availability and safeguard your data against disruptions.
