Marketing Automation & Enterprise

A deliverability engine for your tech stack

Marketing Automation (MA) and Enterprise-grade CRM systems serve as the brain of your marketing operations. They segment customers and trigger campaign dispatches. However, even the best-designed workflow fails if the message does not reach the recipient.

Use this section to learn how to integrate MessageFlow with your environment (Salesforce, Synerise, Azure, and others) to ensure maximum deliverability and throughput for your campaigns.

Why separate logic (MA) from delivery (MessageFlow)?

  • Deliverability quality: Global MA platforms often utilize shared international IP pools, which may have lower reputation scores with Polish and European providers (e.g., WP, Onet, Interia). Connecting MessageFlow allows you to execute mailings from an infrastructure with the highest regional reputation.

  • Cost optimization (MACC): As MessageFlow is available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, you can fund your messaging costs using your Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).

  • Feedback Loop: Integration works both ways. MessageFlow sends detailed statuses back to your MA system, including Hard Bounces, Spam Complaints, Opens, and Clicks. Use this data to clean your database and improve segmentation.

Integration Models

Depending on your system, establish a connection using one of the following methods:

  • Native Connectors and API: Use dedicated plugins (e.g., for Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or API integrations (e.g., Synerise) to exchange data.

  • Smart SMTP Relay: Apply an advanced SMTP configuration for platforms like SALESmanago, Mautic, or User.com. This replaces the platform's default delivery engine with the MessageFlow infrastructure.
