The campaign module allows you to transform a standard text message into an effective sales and relationship-building tool. Use the intuitive builder to prepare a dispatch in three simple steps while maintaining full control over the budget and delivery time.

Personalization and Targeting
Do not send the same content to everyone. Use the data stored in the dashboard to increase engagement.
Dynamic content: Add variables (e.g., Name, City, Last purchase) with a single click to create unique messages for each recipient.
Segmentation: Select a recipient group based on uploaded lists (CSV/API) or use advanced filters available in the MessageFlow Segments add-on.
Smart Editor: Cost and conversion control
Use the message editor to optimize your budget and campaign efficiency:
Shorten links automatically (Smart Links): Replace long URLs with short links in the
ide.dodomain to save characters and enable click-through rate (CTR) tracking.Add custom link suffixes: Use a standard shortcut or add your own name after the slash (e.g., ide.do/your-promotion) to increase message credibility.
Monitor costs and Unicode detection: Track the number of message parts in real time. Pay attention to system warnings when using special characters (e.g., emojis), as they reduce the SMS limit from 160 to 70 characters.
Dispatch management (Scheduling & Throttling)
Schedule your campaign: Send the messages immediately or plan the dispatch for a specific time.
Manage throughput (Throttling): Limit the dispatch speed (e.g., to 1,000 SMS/h) for large databases. This prevents sudden traffic spikes on your website or at the Call Center. Allowed values range from 60 to 200,000 messages per hour.
Use SMS Booster (Retargeting): Increase conversion by automatically sending a follow-up SMS exclusively to recipients who did not click the link in your main campaign.
Reply handling (2-Way SMS)
If you use a 2-Way Number, your communication can be interactive.
One Inbox: Access all customer replies (e.g., confirmations, questions) in the SMS Campaigns > Incoming tab.
Interact with users: Browse conversation history and manage relationships directly within the dashboard.
Reporting and Database Hygiene
Track campaign effectiveness and maintain data quality immediately after dispatch:
Monitor statuses and CTR: Check in real time how many messages reached their destination and who clicked the link.
Archive errors automatically: Use the report to quickly archive undelivered messages. The system automatically moves numbers with an ERROR status to the archive, excluding them from future mailings to protect your budget.
