Operation List

The 'Operation List' section allows you to monitor the status of all tasks initiated on your account. This makes it easy to check whether operations such as contact imports, segmentation, or archiving have been completed, are in progress, pending start, or encountered an error.

Searching Operations

To quickly find a specific operation, use the built-in search feature and narrow results based on the following criteria:

Type:

• Contact Import

• Creating Groups from Campaigns

• Group Operations

• Contact Archiving

• Contact Restoration

Status:

• Pending Start – The operation has not yet begun.

• In Progress – The operation is currently running.

• Completed – The operation has successfully finished.

• Error – The operation encountered an issue and could not be completed.

• Contact Limit Exceeded – The operation was stopped due to exceeding the contact limit.
