File Manager
The 'File Manager' allows you to store and manage files needed for your campaigns, such as contact lists or email designs. It is especially useful when different teams collaborate on campaign preparation—some handling contact databases, others working on email designs or SMS content, and others managing delivery settings. Additionally, the file manager enables secure file sharing with the Customer Support team.
Key Features
Folder Creation – Helps organize files, making it easier for teams to work on different campaigns.
View Options – Choose between a tile view and a list view. The list view displays file details, such as name, modification date, and size.
Uploading Files – To add a new file, click the 'Upload' button and select a file from your computer.
File Actions
Clicking on a selected file provides the following options:
Copy
Delete
Download
The total storage capacity of the file manager is 250 MB.
