Dashboard

After logging into the system and selecting the E-mail API tab, the Dashboard becomes visible. This is the main page where general statistical data related to the email deliveries from the selected SMTP subaccounts are presented.

Elements on the Dashboard

Date Selection

To view statistics and message statuses from a chosen period, the Select Date function should be used. The default range covers the last month. It can be modified by selecting preferred dates from the calendar and clicking the Save button.

Note: Detailed data is stored according to the following rules:

  • Hourly data: stored for 14 days from the date of sending.

  • Daily data: available for 60 days from the sending date.

  • Monthly data: stored after 60 days.

SMTP Account Selection

If multiple SMTP servers are used, the appropriate SMTP subaccount can be chosen. This option is available on the right side of the screen by expanding the SMTP Accounts menu.

Message Statuses and Line Chart

After selecting the date and SMTP subaccount, the screen will display the number of messages with the most important statuses, such as:

  • INJECTED

  • OK

  • OPEN

  • TRACK

The statuses to display on the line chart can be manually selected by checking the appropriate boxes below the chart. The meaning of each status can be viewed by hovering the cursor over the selected status.

Below the chart, the total number of messages with each status for the selected date range is displayed. Hovering the cursor over the chart allows the viewing of detailed data for a specific day.

Information about Used Servers

Detailed information regarding the SMTP servers used for sending emails is displayed below the chart:

  • Login: This is the SMTP account name used as the login for SMTP integration.

  • Name: A label for the SMTP account, allowing for easy identification and sorting, especially when multiple subaccounts are in use. The SMTP name can be changed by clicking on Additional settings > General settings.

  • Reputation: The reputation score of the subaccount.

  • Type: Indicates whether the subaccount uses a shared or dedicated IP.

  • IP: The unique address identifying the SMTP server.

  • Additional Settings: Leads to advanced configuration options available for each SMTP subaccount.
