Instructions for sending an e-mail campaign with the Booster option

  1. Set up your campaign following the instructions here:

  2. At the summary step, enable the Booster by toggling the switch and filling in the required details.

  1. Choose the message type for the Booster campaign:

Email

  • Enter or generate a subject line

  • The message body and settings will match the main campaign

SMS

  • Enter sender ID

  • Compose the message

  • Add personalization if needed

  • Include tracked links

When creating your Booster message, keep in mind the same rules for message length, billing, and use of special characters apply as for the main campaign. Campaign throughput is fixed and cannot be changed.

Set delivery conditions:

  • Choose when the Booster should be sent (between 2 hours and 7 days after the main campaign)

  • Decide whether to target contacts who didn’t click or didn’t open the main message

If click tracking is disabled in the main campaign, the “didn’t click” option will not be available.

4. Test your Booster using the Send Booster Test button.

5. Finally, either Save your campaign or Save & Send.

Both the main and Booster campaigns can be edited up until the main campaign is sent — that is, while its status is “edited” or “scheduled.” The Booster can be canceled up to the moment it’s due to start.
