The E-mail Dashboard is displayed as follows and provides a summary of the latest sends within the selected time range.
Select range – a date range that allows you to analyze email campaigns within the chosen period.
Select campaigns – choose campaigns for analysis. After clicking Select campaigns, an additional window will appear, where you can select recently sent email campaigns using checkboxes that you are interested in analyzing. You can also type their names to search for them.
Message delivery statuses – in the dashboard view, you have access to a summary of campaign statuses.
Injected – messages accepted in the MessageFlow panel.
OK – messages successfully delivered to the recipient.
Open – messages opened by recipients.
Track – messages tracked (e.g., due to clicks on links).
Chart – displays the linear distribution of messages over time. With checkboxes, you can select the injected and OK statuses to check the dates when the campaigns were conducted, how many messages were accepted in the panel, and how many were successfully delivered to the recipient.
Email Chart - Clicks and Opens Over Time – the chart shows the total number of messages from the selected time range by day of the week and time of day. In the chart, you can choose the time range you are interested in and two options:
Hours In this chart, you can use checkboxes to select the open and track statuses and see their numerical distribution by hour within the selected date range.
Days of the week In this chart, you can use checkboxes to select the open and track statuses and see their numerical distribution by day of the week within the selected date range.
With the above options, you can analyze when your recipients most frequently read the emails you send – on which days and at what times. You can use this knowledge in future campaigns to send messages more precisely, achieving better statistics.
