To reset the 2FA settings, go to the Account → Users tab, select the user, and click the Edit button.
Then, select the 2FA Settings tab.
Below the summary list, you will find the Reset 2FA Settings button.
In the next step, the system will ask you to confirm the action → click Yes.
Resetting the 2FA settings may require reconfiguring the mobile app, hardware key, or SMS method, depending on your chosen preferences.
