# Abuse Policy and Reporting

We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam and other forms of platform abuse. Our policies clearly define what constitutes acceptable use of our service, and client compliance with these rules is a requirement of our service agreement.

**How to Report Abuse:**

* **Messages from MessageFlow:** If you encounter any message sent from the MessageFlow platform that you believe to be abusive, please report it to our support team immediately. This helps us investigate and take action.
* **General Phishing and Smishing:** To help protect the wider community, you can report fraudulent messages to national cybersecurity response teams. As part of our collaborative Shield 360 ecosystem, we work with organizations like **CERT Polska**, where you can report suspicious SMS messages directly to [CSIRT NASK](https://incydent.cert.pl/#!/lang=en). We encourage you to check for similar organizations in your country.
