We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam and other forms of platform abuse. Our policies clearly define what constitutes acceptable use of our service, and client compliance with these rules is a requirement of our service agreement.
How to Report Abuse:
Messages from MessageFlow: If you encounter any message sent from the MessageFlow platform that you believe to be abusive, please report it to our support team immediately. This helps us investigate and take action.
General Phishing and Smishing: To help protect the wider community, you can report fraudulent messages to national cybersecurity response teams. As part of our collaborative Shield 360 ecosystem, we work with organizations like CERT Polska, where you can report suspicious SMS messages directly to . We encourage you to check for similar organizations in your country.
