Booster for SMS campaign

Booster is a tool that enables automatic follow-up messages within a campaign. Available in the MessageFlow panel, this feature allows you to schedule automatic messages to be sent within a specified time window (from 2 hours to 7 days) to recipients who did not open the original message. Booster is available for Email, SMS, and Push campaigns.
For SMS campaigns, Booster allows you to send an additional SMS message.
You're running an email campaign promoting a product discount that ends in 7 days. After sending the campaign, you receive the delivery report. Three days before the promotion ends, a follow-up message is automatically sent to contacts who didn’t open the first email.
Campaigns that have the Booster feature enabled are billed according to your account’s general settings and the terms of your current agreement. All additional SMS messages sent via Booster are listed under the Campaigns tab with the name “Booster for....”.
The Booster option is available at the final step of setting up an SMS campaign, in the summary section. By default, Booster is disabled and needs to be manually activated.
If your account doesn’t have access to SMS messaging, the Booster option will appear greyed out, along with a message instructing you to contact our support team to activate this feature.
Booster targets are selected from the same group that received the original campaign. Only those who did not click the message within the selected time frame (2 hours to 7 days) after the main campaign was sent will receive the follow-up.
Importantly, the list of recipients is generated just before the Booster campaign is sent. This means that if a contact clicks the message, gets deleted, or becomes blocked just before the Booster launch, they will not be included.
The audience for the Booster campaign does not appear under your regular audience lists. You’ll find this group in the campaign report (check the Campaigns tab for access).
Contacts who clicked a link in the original message
Deleted contacts
Blocked contacts
Groups with 0 contacts
Groups with 100% open rate in the original campaign (you’ll receive a notice that the Booster was cancelled)
Contacts with a "Waiting" or "Error" status after the main campaign
Unsubscribing from a Booster campaign works the same way as with your other campaigns.
