Integration with IdoSell

Thanks to MessageFlow's integration with IdoSell, you have the opportunity to take advantage of email dispatch support via premium servers.

  1. Log in to your IdoSell user account: https://www.idosell.com/pl/login/

  2. Go to the administration panel and select a section: Settings → Email and SMS accounts.

  3. Select Add new email account.

  4. In the window that appears, specify the type of mailbox → if you want the messages to be sent directly by the MessageFlow server, select "sent from MessageFlow servers, configuration on the IdoSell side", you can also connect to MessageFlow using the selection "sent from another mail server over SMTP protocol". → You will find information about this later in the manual🙂

  5. Once selected, click Add and test at the new box.

  6. If this is the first email account to be added to your panel, it is mandatory that you mark it as the main account, otherwise mark the desired configuration as the main one (the account added by default by IdoSell ([email protected]) should be deleted after adding your own mailbox).

You can find more information on the IdoSell website →

Configuration of DNS records for a mail sending domain - MessageFlow

If your domain is under incomplete delegation, changes to the DNS records must be made in the administration panel of the site where you manage the domains. In the MessageFlow administration panel, editing your shipping account, you will find all the necessary configurations, including selectors and values to add to the DNS records of your domain provider.
