Email address archiving, removing hard-bouncing addresses, unsubscribes
To manually add a contact to the archive, first go to the contacts list, select the contact, and then check it using the checkbox.
After selecting the contact, simply click the Archive button to move the selected address or number to the archive. This ensures that these addresses will not be considered in future campaigns.
Additionally, after each sent email campaign, a report appears with an option to archive undelivered messages. This functionality allows for the automatic transfer of addresses that received a hard bounce (i.e., in the case of email).
A hard bounce means that the message could not be delivered to the recipient, most often due to a non-existent email address or server error. Addresses moved to the archive due to a hard bounce are automatically excluded from future email sends and will not be accepted during new data imports.
Moreover, if an email recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link (e.g., in the message footer) and confirms their unsubscription, they will also be moved to the archive.
