Campaign list

The List View in the Campaigns tab displays a list of recently sent mobile push campaigns from the panel along with their details.

Search

In the search engine, you will find filters so that you can search for specific campaigns:

  • Select range - when you click on this filter, you will see a calendar where you can select the date range of campaign dispatches you are interested in

  • Status - search by campaign status

  • Name - search by campaign name

  • Created by user - search by the user (user account name) who sent the campaign -> the filter is visible after pressing the Show all filters button

Features

Available features in this view:

  • Add a New Campaign – Click the + icon in the top-right corner to create a new campaign.

  • Export Campaigns – Click the export icon in the top-right corner to export sent campaigns to a file. This allows for a detailed analysis of campaign performance, send time, and recipient count.

  • Search Bar – Find campaigns by name, status, or date range.

  • Campaign List – View recently sent mobile push campaigns.

    • Campaign Status – Check the current status of your mobile push campaign:

      • Editing – The campaign is being edited.

        • Scheduled – The campaign is scheduled for sending.

        • Preparing – The campaign is being prepared for sending.

        • Sending – The campaign is in progress.

        • Sent – The campaign has been completed.

  • Name – The name of your campaign.

  • Recipients – The recipient group assigned to the campaign.

    • Number of Recipients – The total number of recipients the campaign will be sent to.

    • OR (Open Rate) – The percentage of messages opened by recipients.

    • CTR (Click-Through Rate) – The percentage of clicks on links within the campaign.

  • Edit – Modify campaigns that have not been sent yet.

  • Copy – Duplicate a campaign to edit or resend it to another audience.

  • Delete – Remove campaigns that have not been sent yet.

Report – Open a detailed campaign report to analyze its results. You can find more information on campaign reports .
