Export list

Using the Export button in the top right corner of the panel, you can export the recipient group.

  1. Click the Export button in the top right corner.

  2. Once the export is ready, you will receive an email notification.

  3. You can find the completed file in the Operations List:

    • Go to the Account tab (select Account from the top menu):

    • Select List of operations from the left menu:

    • Your file will be first on the list - using the Download button you can download the file to your drive.

  4. The exported file contains the following information:

    • Recipient – recipient's email address

    • Sent – date and time of the send

    • Campaign – campaign name

    • Subject – message subject

    • Status – message status

      • OK – messages delivered successfully

      • Hardbounce – messages not delivered. The user does not exist or the address is incorrect. The reason for the delivery failure is permanent, and no further delivery attempts should be made.

      • Softbounce – messages not delivered. The reason for failure is temporary, and the message may be delivered on the next attempt. The cause could likely be a full inbox.

      • Spambounce – messages not delivered. The recipient’s mail server classified the message as SPAM.

      • Unsubscribe – the recipient unsubscribed from the mailing list after receiving the message.

    • Sender name – name of the campaign sender

    • Sender email – email address from which the message was sent

    • Opened – date of opening

    • Clicked – time of click
