Selly

Selly is a SaaS e-commerce platform that allows for the quick launch of an online store. Routing your transactional emails through the MessageFlow infrastructure lets you use scalable servers with a high reputation. This integration gives you access to key analytical tools, including detailed reports and logs, which allow you to track the status of each message and build trust with email providers.

Before you begin

Make sure you have your MessageFlow SMTP credentials ready, as you will need them during the configuration process.

  • You can find these credentials in your MessageFlow panel under Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts.

  • For more information, see our general documentation: SMTP Integrations

Step-by-step configuration

  1. Log in to your Selly dashboard.

  2. Go to the KONFIGURACJA tab and then select Konfiguracja podstawowa (Basic Configuration).

  3. Within the Konfiguracja podstawowa (Basic Configuration) menu, find the Obsługa SSL (SSL Support) option and check the "tak" (yes) checkbox to enable SSL encryption. This is required for a secure connection.

  4. Navigate to Parametry email (SMTP) (Email Parameters (SMTP)) to configure your transactional emails.

  5. Fill in the following fields with your MessageFlow SMTP credentials:

    • Adres email nadawcy (Sender Email Address): Enter the email address you want to use for sending messages (e.g., [email protected]). Remember that this domain must be properly authorised in your MessageFlow panel beforehand.

    • Nazwa nadawcy (Sender Name): Enter the name that will appear as the sender of your emails.

    • Serwer SMTP (SMTP Server): smtp.messageflow.com

    • Port serwera SMTP (SMTP Server Port): 465

    • Użytkownik (User): Enter your username in the format 1.your_account_name.smtp.

    • Hasło (Password): Enter the password for your SMTP account.

Verifying the integration

After entering the data, use the Sprawdź połączenie SMTP (Check SMTP connection) option, and then perform a test email send from the Selly panel.

Next, log in to your MessageFlow panel and go to the Email API -> Email Reports section. The sent message and its status should be visible there.
