SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms like Shoper or IdoSell offer convenient subscription-based solutions to start selling quickly. However, the default mail configuration in these systems often relies on shared servers used by thousands of other stores. If one store sends SPAM, the reputation of the entire group suffers.

Switching to your own SMTP in the store panel and connecting MessageFlow is the most effective way to stay independent of problems caused by other platform users.

### Why configure your own SMTP in a SaaS store?

* **Sender Credibility**: Digitaly sign your messages with your domain by configuring SPF and DKIM records. This builds your own reputation with email providers like Gmail while separating your identity from the general store platform.

### How to enable the integration?

Most SaaS platforms include a "Mail Configuration" or "Email Messages" section in their settings. Deselect the default option and choose "External SMTP Server" or "Custom Email Account". Enter the MessageFlow server details (`smtp.messageflow.com`) and your authentication credentials.
