SALESmanago

SALESmanago is an advanced marketing automation platform that allows for comprehensive management of campaigns and customer relationships. Connecting it with MessageFlow via SMTP enables you to handle all email sending through a scalable infrastructure with a high reputation. This gives you access to detailed reports and analytics, allowing for precise measurement of campaign effectiveness and optimization of future actions. The ability to track the status of each message and access detailed logs in the MessageFlow panel gives you full control over your marketing communication.

Before you begin

Make sure you have your MessageFlow SMTP credentials ready, as you will need them during the configuration process.

Step-by-step configuration

  1. Log in to your SALESmanago admin panel.

  2. From the navigation menu, go to Channels -> E-mail Marketing -> Settings, and then select the Sender Accounts tab.

  1. The platform will prompt you to choose an account type. To send messages through the MessageFlow infrastructure, select External (SMTP) account and click Next.

  1. In the new view, click Add new account.

  2. Fill out the email account configuration form using your data from the MessageFlow panel:

    • Internal name: Enter a name to help you identify this account (e.g., MessageFlow Marketing).

    • E-mail address: Enter the address from which emails will be sent (e.g., [email protected]). Remember that this domain must be properly authorised in your MessageFlow panel beforehand.

    • Display name: Enter the sender name that your recipients will see.

  • Reply-to address (optional): Optionally, you can provide a different address for replies.

Connection settings:

  • SMTP Host: smtp.messageflow.com

  • SMTP Port: 587

  • SMTP User: Enter your username in the format 1.your_account_name.smtp.

  • SMTP Password: Enter your SMTP account password.

Additional settings:

  • Check the box for Requires authentication.

  • Check the box for TLS.

  1. Click Test connection to verify the settings. Once the test is successful, click Create to save the configuration.

Important Note

The SALESmanago platform has a default limit of 1000 recipients for sending via an external SMTP server. If you plan larger campaigns and wish to remove this limit, contact SALESmanago customer service at: [email protected].

Verifying the integration

To check if the integration is working correctly, send a test email campaign from the SALESmanago platform to a few recipients.

Then, log in to the MessageFlow panel and go to the Email API -> Email Reports section. If your test messages are visible on the list, it means the SALESmanago platform has been successfully integrated with MessageFlow!
