After logging into the system and selecting the E-mail API tab, the Dashboard becomes visible. This is the main page where general statistical data related to the email deliveries from the selected SMTP subaccounts are presented.
To view statistics and message statuses from a chosen period, the Select Date function should be used. The default range covers the last month. It can be modified by selecting preferred dates from the calendar and clicking the Save button.
Note: Detailed data is stored according to the following rules:
Hourly data: stored for 14 days from the date of sending.
Daily data: available for 60 days from the sending date.
Monthly data: stored after 60 days.
If multiple SMTP servers are used, the appropriate SMTP subaccount can be chosen. This option is available on the right side of the screen by expanding the SMTP Accounts menu.
After selecting the date and SMTP subaccount, the screen will display the number of messages with the most important statuses, such as:
INJECTED
OK
OPEN
TRACK
The statuses to display on the line chart can be manually selected by checking the appropriate boxes below the chart. The meaning of each status can be viewed by hovering the cursor over the selected status.
Below the chart, the total number of messages with each status for the selected date range is displayed. Hovering the cursor over the chart allows the viewing of detailed data for a specific day.
