The Mobile Push Dashboard is displayed as shown below and provides a summary of recent push message deliveries within a selected time range.
Select Range – Choose a date range to analyze mobile push campaigns within a specific period.
Select Campaigns – Pick campaigns for analysis. Clicking Select Campaigns opens an additional window where you can use checkboxes to select recently sent mobile push campaigns you want to review. You can also search by campaign name.
Message Status Overview - in the Dashboard view, you can access a summary of campaign statuses:
Injected – Messages received in the MessageFlow panel.
OK – Messages successfully delivered to recipients.
Open – Messages opened by recipients.
Track – Messages tracked (e.g., due to link clicks).
Error – Undelivered push messages.
Waiting – The final report from the device has not yet been received.
Graph View - The dashboard features a line chart displaying message distribution over time. Using checkboxes, you can filter statuses (Injected, OK, Open, Track) to analyze campaign timelines, the number of messages received in the panel, and how many were successfully delivered to recipients.
Applications - This section displays connected applications and a list of registered devices.
