List of incoming

In the Incoming tab, in the Incoming list view, you will find a collection of information about recipients' responses when you use two-way communication (2way), allowing your recipients to reply to the messages you send them. This tab allows you to monitor and review messages from recipients.

In the Search bar, you can specify:

• Date range (Select range)

• Phone number

• 2way SMS header

You can then search for recipients within the selected ranges of messages, and either export them using the export button in the top-right corner or analyze them within the panel.

The view available in the panel includes details such as:

• Phone number

• Message

• 2way SMS header

• Incoming time

With this section you can analyze the recipients in terms of the messages sent and the time they arrived.
